Terms and Conditions
A deposit of 20% Non refundable is payable on booking, with the balance due 7 days prior to departure. Bookings less than 7 days prior to departure must be paid in full. Cancellation within 7 Days of departure or failing to board tour on day of departure, No Refund will be given. Personal travel insurance is recommended. No liability can be taken by Active Safari pty ltd in case of damage, personal loss, injury or sickness. We reserve the right to alter route or itinerary if weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances dictate. No refund will be paid if for any reason the route is altered. Any personal expenses incurred by a passenger as a result of any delay, alteration or curtailment of any tour due to mechanical or whatsoever the cause are the responsibility of the participant. In the event of a mechanical breakdown or other unforeseen circumstances, Active Safari pty ltd reserves the right to substitute vehicles other than specified. Active Safari pty ltd opperate in harsh conditions and as such are unable to guarantee exact arrival and departure times and are not liable for any failure to make connections with any other service. Tours will operate with a minimum of 6 passengers. Credit card surcharge for Visa and Mastercard incur a 2% fee. Amex surcharge is 4%.
Aus weather
WA is blessed with sunshine. However, there can be sudden changes in the weather so we advise you to be prepared. Please remember that we operate in extreme and harsh conditions and sudden changes may affect our itineraries (as do other Aussie phenomenon) although we will do our utmost to give you the best experience available and keep to the itineraries it may be necessary to alter them from time to time. Be flexible and enjoy the adventure wherever it may take you.
What's on the menu?
An on the road culinary experience, we use quality local produce and supply a nutritional balanced menu. It's an essential part of the trip so we advise that you discuss at the time of booking any special dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan and lactose intolerance (which can be catered for)

Dependant upon the tour the following accommodation is available:-
Campsite - Some
Facilities
Bush Camp - No Facilities
Dorm style Hostel/Backpacker - All facilities
Be prepared to share (Dorm style) but if you do want a single / double / Twin room then are these available and subject to availability at additional cost.
What Should I Pack?
First off, luggage is restricted to a maximum of 15Kg (approx 33lbs) within
a backpack or soft duffle type bag plus a day bag for all those essentials.
If you need to exceed this weight limit, please advise at the time of reservation
and subject to numbers we may be able to make allowances
Suggested items include but are not limited to:-
Sweat Shirt or
Sweater
A high factor sun cream 30+
Sturdy Water bottle (1 litre)
Insect repellant and any medication required
Comfortable walking boots or joggers
Sun hat and glasses
Bathers
Sleeping bag (can be provided at an extra charge of $15.00 per tour) Please
advise at time of booking or confirmation
Small lightweight torch.
Do I need to bring Money?
As per the specific itineraries meals, accommodation and national Park fees are included. We do however recommend you bring some money as banks/ATMS are few and far between for those additional activities. (An ice cream, extra batteries always comes in handy)
What about Travel Insurance?
We strongly advise that you have personnel Travel insurance to cover most eventualities from loss of personal effects, medical cover, and cancellation or missed connections due to late arrival. It's usually cheap and not worth the savings if not taken. Peace of mind is priceless.
What about my Fitness?
Whilst we operate
a modern fleet of buses to get you to your destination there is a moderate fitness
requirement required for additional hiking to some of the unique attractions.
If you have any ongoing medical conditions then the driver must be made aware
of these. If you have any doubts, please enquire at time of booking.
