No Liability is taken by Planet Perth Tours or Ningaloo Reef Dreaming, associated businesses, staff or directors in the event of damage, personal loss, injury or sickness. Minimum passengers apply for trips to opperate. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule trips due to bad weather or other factors beyond our control. Please note our tours are based on interaction's with wildlife and as such, no gaurantees can be made that specified interactions will actually ocur on any given day.

Cancelation Policy:
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to book a tour. Balance is required 2 weeks prior to the tour date. No refund if cancelled within 24 hours.

No Sighting Policy:
In the unlikely event of not spotting a Whale Shark, Ningaloo Dreaming will give you a second trip (at no extra cost) on the next available tour. If for any reason you are able to make that day we unfourtunately canot refund monies under any curcumstances.
